THE HIDAYAH (“THE HIDAYAH”, “we”, “us”) creates Qur’an covers designed for Hifz and daily recitation. These terms cover the THE HIDAYAH waitlist and the updates we send while we prepare the product for launch. By joining the waitlist, you agree to the terms below.
1. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your place and gives you early access when the Hidayah Cover launches. It is not a purchase and does not guarantee a specific product version, price, or launch date, which may change as we develop the product.
2. Information we collect
When you join, we collect the details you provide: your name and email address. We do not collect payment details through the waitlist.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to (a) contact you about THE HIDAYAH, including the launch and other product updates; and (b) understand and improve interest in THE HIDAYAH. By joining the waitlist you consent to receive these emails. You can opt out at any time by emailing thehidayah.ch@gmail.com.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, such as hosting and email delivery providers, and only so they can perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Data retention and your rights
We keep your information for as long as needed to run the waitlist and launch the product. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing thehidayah.ch@gmail.com, and we will honor applicable privacy rights.
6. Service provided “as is”
The waitlist is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during this pre-launch period, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, THE HIDAYAH is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the waitlist.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
